class update: half turn to the right, quick slowdown ("vertragingsoefening"), and fast slalom are going well now. With the right speeds, too!

This one probably felt the best since the very first class. I've lost the 'fear' of putting the machine on an angle and that is exactly what I needed. Also got really good advice to help me feel the rhythm of the fast slalom.

Next week: trying different gear. We want to see if it helps me to keep my legs against the tank consistently.
